This PR adds opt-in no-PG mode. When this is enabled, writes no longer come into the PostgreSQL and instead only go to Brainstore. PostgresSQL is still required, however the usage will drop significantly after no-PG is enabled. This is a one way upgrade, please see the Upgrade guide on steps to upgrade and follow all prerequisites and full migration instructions.
