Show the scope in changelog entries, e.g. `fix(anthropic): foo` becomes `(anthropic) Foo`. For perf commits with a scope, show both: `(perf/bt_json) Foo`. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
