This PR updates the README.md badges to fix broken links and modernizes the badge format, while removing an unused golangci-lint configuration file.

- Updated Go documentation badge to use "Go Reference" format with v2 module path
- Updated Tests badge to reference the actual workflow file path (tests.yml)
- Removed the non-functional Lint badge (no corresponding workflow exists)
- Deleted the unused .golangci.yml configuration file
