Мы рискуем сломать обратную совмести такими изменениями. Пользователи ББК могли создать свои компоненты, которые наследуют BasisRouter. Эта правка сломает их решения. (Так можно было бы поступить, если свойства класса были бы приватными.)
Думаю, нужно пытаться решить проблему в коде компонента ElementsRouter.
