Getting started

Refer to the JupyterAI documentation for general usage instructions. In particular, the Jupyternaut documentation describes how to select an LLM model and set an API key. After that is done, you can request assistance with your MOFA-FLEX analysis by chatting with the MOFA-FLEX-counselor persona.

Installation

You need to have Python 3.11 or newer installed on your system. If you don't have Python installed, we recommend installing uv.

There are several alternative options to install mofaflex-counselor:

1. Install the latest development version:

pip install git+https://github.com/biofam/mofaflex-counselor.git@main
