Submit extension for review

Extension plugins are plugins that add additional capabilities to Display Posts Shortcode.

If you've written an extension and would like it included in this list, please do the following:

1. Post the code on GitHub
2. Post an issue here with the title "[Extension Review] Your Extension Name"
3. I will do a code review. I'll make simple fixes myself through pull requests that you can merge. For larger issues I'll post as issues on your GitHub project's page.
4. Once all issues have been resolved, I'll add it to current extensions list.
