Briefcase 0.5.4 changes the order of questions in the tutorial, making the GUI framework question first (see beeware/briefcase#2342). This updates the tutorial so that the order of questions matches the new expected order.
We shouldn't merge this until 0.5.4 is live - but that's hopefully any moment now.
