High level Design for Cartis

Design Goal:

The design Goal of Cartis is to provide an unified multi-protocol ATM Central switch with ability to communicate with all standard Back-end authorization hosts, and other banking systems. Example, if may not have a typical ISO authorization host and would like to integrate it to their ancient Ledger posting system (pre Core banking systems) with fully supported encryption features mandated by Certification authorities such as VISA/Mastercards/AMEX/JCB.
