feat(account-demo): unify Features tiles and toast send results

Summary

• Share one FeatureGridCard chrome across the account demo Features grid so idle tiles (including Subscribe / Open Account) left-align the same sm Button and drop the footer divider.
• Connected subscription and spending-account rows keep the status footer (badge/address + divider); Unsubscribe / Delete wrap left with the content above.
• Toast send success and errors with Sonner so the outcome is visible even if the transact modal is dismissed. Estimate-blocked and sequence-recovery banners stay inline because they still need actions.

Test plan

• Open /vibenet/demos/account with an account selected: Features tiles should match (left-aligned buttons, no divider), Features heading closer to the grid.
• Subscribe, then confirm the status row (badge, expiry, Unsubscribe) has the divider and left-aligned wrap.
• Open a spending account, then confirm address + Delete Account wrap left the same way.
• Send a transaction: success/error toast appears; dismissing the modal still shows the toast.
• Estimate-blocked and out-of-sequence banners still render inline with their actions.
