Amalgamated build of bcd yields a new warning on Fedora 43 with GCC 15.2.1 and source fortification enabled.

This change adds zero initialization of the
default_configvariable inbcd_initto suppress the warning.I don't think this is any real issue but the change is harmless and eliminates the warning.
