Description of changes:
Fixed an incorrect directory name in the tutorial setup instructions (docs/tutorial.md).
The clone command checks out the repository into the sample-agent-skill-eval directory, but the following cd command pointed to agent-skill-evaluation, which does not exist. Following the tutorial as written would
cause the cd to fail.
