eslint.config.js imports @eslint/js and globals, but they aren’t listed in devDependencies; if they’re only coming from ESLint’s transitive deps, the v10 bump could change hoisting and break npm run lint/CI. Consider declaring them explicitly to avoid relying on transitive dependencies.
