Askr context
This is an Askr organization-maintainer cleanup to keep repository licensing consistent even while the future of the ORM package is being evaluated.
Problem
The package declared Apache-2.0, but the repository only carried a short notice instead of the full license text. That prevented consistent GitHub license presentation.
Change
Replace the short notice with the canonical full Apache License 2.0 text used in the other Askr repositories.
