docs: align contributor and agent docs with pnpm migration#2497

Update README, CONTRIBUTING, AGENTS, and .agents/skills/ to use pnpm instead of npm in install/run instructions, after the migration in f30e097. Also flip a stale "ESLint" mention in AGENTS.md to "oxlint" per eeb0bb4. Prerequisites in README and CONTRIBUTING now require pnpm 10 (npm/yarn are blocked by the `preinstall` only-allow hook) and point at `corepack enable` for setup.
