Add file-index writer support for the BSI and Bloom filter plugins so they can be produced through DataFileIndexWriter and read back by the existing readers.

• Serialize BSI positive/negative roaring bitmaps with null-row handling.
• Serialize Java-compatible Bloom filter indexes and validate writer options.
• Simplify existing bitmap and range-bitmap writer creation by passing the selected Arrow field directly.
• Add plugin-level compatibility tests and an end-to-end embedded-index round trip.
