jenkins file move is breaking to much. multibranch job detection could not have multiple script path for detecting so forgetting that for now |

yes I feared that would happen. Since this would add an indirection between branches before the move and after. |

move a bit build file bootstrap
not used for building in outdated folder to clarify move (could be pruned later)
