Thanks for the heads up @Aggarwal-Raghav ! I stopped it. I think we need to bring back down again the timeout to a much smaller value.

Under normal circumstances PRs should finish under 3hours so the 12hr timeout is a bit extreme and unecessary.

yes. makes sense. I think we can reduce it to 6 hrs as I have seen sometimes pipelines exceed 3 hrs mark.
