• Add the 4.2+ OSS Tables entry to the 4.x Iceberg Catalog reference and navigation.
• Fix a stale anchor in the touched Chinese 4.x Iceberg Catalog page.

Why

Alibaba Cloud OSS Tables support was backported for Doris 4.2 in apache/doris#66823. The documentation previously described the feature as planned for Doris 5.0.0 and was available only in dev docs.
