Tests for Basic authentication with htt5 and http5 profiders. reported here https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/VFS-861
tests are faileing as expected
if rebased to 2.10.0 version the Http4BasicAuthTest pases and Http5BasicAuthTest fails.
The Http4BasicAuthTest and Http5BasicAuthTest are nearly identical only baseUri is changed in startServer
