I think its not OK to link to external services for privacy reasons (https://privacy.apache.org/policies/website-policy.html). Based on apache/privacy-website#54 its not OK to use shields.io. If you want a definite answer please send an email to privacy@apache.org
I assume that using maven-badges-herokuapp.com is not OK either.
Thank you for your review. I will only keep the changes to the CI status and will leave the Maven-related link issues unchanged for now. |

@caicancai While you are on the topic It would be great if you can follow-up with privacy@apache.org to see if the link to heroku is OK. I feel that this needs to be removed as well. |
