What changed

Added the existing Export & Import REST API documentation link to the main REST API documentation page.

Why

ATLAS-4828 reports that Export/Import APIs are documented separately but are not discoverable from the main REST API list.

Validation

Ran git diff --check.
Confirmed this is a documentation-only change.
