Add two ModelArk Coding Plan providers: - modelark-coding-plan: International region (ark.ap-southeast.bytepluses.com) - modelark-coding-plan-cn: China region (ark.cn-beijing.volces.com) Both providers include models with reasoning capability, zero cost pricing, and support for text/image input with 4096 token output limit.
