This pull request refactors the scroll mode selection for a LazyColumn in GlanceSnippets.kt to simplify the layout structure. However, removing the SDK version check before evaluating isSnapScrollSupported can cause runtime crashes on devices running Android versions older than API 36. It is recommended to restore the SDK version guard as suggested.
