P1 Badge Regenerate the lockfile for the pinned dependencies

The committed pnpm-lock.yaml still specifies js-yaml: ^4.1.1 and lodash-es: ^4.17.21, so the shared CI setup at .github/actions/setup-pnpm/action.yml:33-35 cannot install this manifest. Confirmed with pnpm's documented CI behavior—--frozen-lockfile is enabled by default and fails when an update is needed—and CI=true pnpm install reports ERR_PNPM_OUTDATED_LOCKFILE for exactly these two dependencies; regenerate and commit the lockfile with these pins.
