Add the missing Cronos quickstart target
This new overview links to /docs/reference/cronos-api-quickstart, but the commit does not add content/api-reference/cronos/cronos-api-quickstart.mdx or any other cronos-api-quickstart target (repo-wide rg only finds this link). Users who click the getting-started CTA from the Cronos overview will land on a 404 unless the quickstart page/nav entry is added or the link is removed/updated.
