Welcome to the Zomato-MCP-Demo! This application helps users connect to the Zomato MCP Server through Claude Desktop. You can explore restaurants, browse menus, and order food using AI technologies.
To start using the application, follow these simple steps.
- Visit the Releases Page: Go to the Releases page.
- Select the Latest Version: Choose the most recent version listed on the page.
- Download the File: Click on the file relevant to your operating system. This will usually be an
.exeor.zipfile. - Run the Installer: After downloading, locate the downloaded file and double-click it to run the installer.
- Follow the Prompts: Follow the installation instructions on your screen to complete the setup.
- Launch the Application: Once installed, find the application in your programs list and open it.
To ensure smooth operation, make sure your system meets the following requirements:
- Operating System: Windows 10 or later / macOS 10.14 or later
- Processor: Intel i3 or equivalent
- RAM: Minimum 4GB
- Internet Connection: Required for fetching restaurant data
After launching the application, you may need to configure it to connect to the Zomato MCP Server.
- Open Settings: Click on the settings icon in the top right corner.
- Enter Server Details: Input the server details provided by Zomato. This may include an API key and endpoint URL.
- Save Settings: After entering the required information, click "Save" to apply your changes.
- Search for Restaurants: Use the search bar to find restaurants in your area.
- Browse Menus: Click on a restaurant to view its menu and pricing.
- Place an Order: Choose your desired items and proceed to checkout to complete your order.
- Real-time restaurant discovery: Easily find local restaurants around you.
- Menu browsing: View and compare menus before placing an order.
- AI-integrated experience: Make ordering food more intuitive.
