Remove public preview sign for ably-js LiveObjects

With ably-js 2.20.0 release [1], ably-js LiveObjects is now generally available.
This commit updates language data for ably-js sdk and removes Public Preview sign from ably-js LiveObjects docs.
The CTA for use case share is left unchanged, but it's now Note aside, similar to what is used on Chat pages.
