💡 What: Added the aria-pressed attribute to the filter pill toggle buttons and documented the learning in the palette journal.
🎯 Why: Elements functioning as standalone visual toggle buttons must expose their active/inactive state to assistive technologies like screen readers to ensure accessibility.
📸 Before/After: Visually unchanged, but semantically correct for screen readers.
Accessibility: Screen readers will now announce "pressed" or "not pressed" when users navigate through the department filters.

Adds `aria-pressed` to the standalone toggle buttons (filter pills) in `src/components/dashboard/filter-pills.tsx`. This ensures screen readers correctly announce the active state of these buttons. Also includes a learning entry in `.Jules/palette.md` for future reference.
