💡 What: Replace manual chunked file copy in cameo-imghdr.py with shutil.copyfileobj().
🎯 Why: shutil.copyfileobj() is implemented in C and optimizes the file copy loop compared to a manual read/write loop in Python.
📊 Measured Improvement: Expected better copy speed and reduced Python interpreter overhead.
