Remove legacy CloverApp component#9

This commit completely removes the 'CloverApp' directory, including: - Clover.app (Main GUI) - CloverDaemonNew (Background daemon) - CloverLogOut (Logout hook) - daemonInstaller The application was legacy, unmaintained, and fundamentally incompatible with modern macOS (11+) due to security restrictions and architectural flaws. All references to CloverApp have been removed from: - buildme script - Xcode project files - Visual Studio project files Technical analysis and recommendations are preserved in 'CloverApp_Overview.md'.

Removed the legacy CloverApp component from the repository as requested, after technical analysis confirmed it was fundamentally broken on modern macOS versions. Cleaned up all build scripts and project references to ensure a clean build of the main Clover bootloader.
