What's new in v1.1.1

New tools

• estimate_cost — Estimate cost for a specific workload on a given model, with daily/monthly projections and cheapest-alternative comparison
• find_cheapest_capable — Find the cheapest model meeting hard capability constraints (tool_calling, vision, etc.) and a quality floor

Improvements

• All tool descriptions rewritten to TDQS (Tool Definition Quality Score) standards: purpose clarity, usage guidelines, behavioral transparency, parameter semantics, conciseness, contextual completeness
• Added license field to glama.json
