The 0.11.1 release (WebDecoyBot registry) bumped only @webdecoy/node, but npm publish --workspaces releases all five packages in lockstep and refused to republish @webdecoy/client@0.11.0, aborting the publish. Bring client, express, fastify and nextjs to 0.11.1 and align their @webdecoy/node dep so the workspace publish succeeds. No functional change in these four.

Fixes the failed v0.11.1 publish.
npm publish --workspacesreleases all five packages in lockstep; the 0.11.1 release bumped only@webdecoy/node, so the run aborted on@webdecoy/client@0.11.0(cannot republish). Brings client/express/fastify/nextjs to 0.11.1 and aligns their@webdecoy/nodedep. No functional change. After merge the v0.11.1 tag is moved to the merged commit to re-trigger publish. Nothing at 0.11.1 published yet (registry still at 0.11.0), so this is a clean re-cut.
