Additive registry update (companion to app #691): the SDK recognizes WebDecoy's own first-party crawler instead of scoring it as an unknown bot. Also retitles the stale [Unreleased] changelog block to [0.11.0], which is what actually shipped in that tag, and repairs the compare links.
