What is the purpose of the change

This PR adds StarRocks switching support for AISQL, allowing AISQL to support query transformations and execution on StarRocks database.

• Add StarRocks support in AISQLTransformInterceptor
• Update EntranceConfiguration with StarRocks related configurations
• Enhance QueryPersistenceEngine for StarRocks query handling
• Update utility methods in EntranceUtils and TemplateConfUtils for StarRocks
