WebSphere Liberty Operator 1.5.2 includes the following features and changes:

  • Support to enable file-based health check mechanism easily for readiness, liveness and startup probes was added. See Configuring file-based probes for more details.
  • Support AES-256 encryption for passwords when generating and managing new LTPA keys. A configuration option is available for users who need to continue using the previous default encryption type (AES-128). See Configuring Lightweight Third-Party Authentication (LTPA) for more details.
  • Updated the Kubernetes, Go libraries, APIs and operating system packages to include fixes to security vulnerabilities.
