• Added a new docs/papers.md page listing key AIXpert-related publications, datasets, and code, each with badge-style links for quick access.
• Added a new docs/updates.md page providing a comprehensive, chronologically ordered list of all recent news, releases, and papers.

Team Page and Visual Improvements:

• Redesigned the docs/team.md page to show a compact, three-column grid of team members, displaying only names and LinkedIn links for a cleaner, more modern look. Added missing team members and standardized the order.
• Updated and expanded docs/stylesheets/extra.css to style inline badge icons, provide a floating card style for user guides, and overhaul the team grid layout for compactness and improved mobile responsiveness. [1] [2]
