…ange (#187) openai 2.45.0 added a required, no-default field cache_write_tokens to InputTokensDetails. openai-agents 0.17.3 builds that object without the field, so every LLM response crashes usage parsing with a pydantic ValidationError. openkb did not pin openai, so fresh installs resolved it to 2.45/2.46 and broke on any model. Pin below 2.45 until openai-agents adapts.
