Description
Problem: Public docs still invite new users and existing EU customers into signup and add-on flows that are unavailable while the EU region is at capacity.
This update gives customers one consistent path forward.
fern/advanced/sip/sip.mdxmarks EU setup as existing-customer guidance and adds the capacity notice.fern/security-and-privacy/data-flow.mdxdirects residency-sensitive prospects to Sales.fern/calls/call-concurrency.mdxmakes self-service add-ons US-only while EU capacity is constrained.Related to PRISM-636.
