Implement comprehensive handling for all client app message event types in the iOS Vapi SDK.
This resolves JSON parsing errors caused by the SDK's inability to decode various Vapi API events, such as
assistant.startedandtool.completed, by aligning with the latest API schema and adding robust message normalization.
