Updated gmx eta to accept more arguments now, being able to print more jobs at once this way

With these changes, it is now possible to use -a (or --all) arg which will print all currently running jobs

The updated gmx-eta script from VachaLab#9 has been refactored to be more idiomatic. Additionally, job id is now shown next to the job name.

Good job! I have refactored the script somewhat but kept all the new features you have implemented.

Job ID is now shown along with the job name in the output to make it clearer what job the ETA refers to in case the user has multiple jobs with the same name.
