Are you sure about the order?
Per the developer guide, only 1 radar station can be active per position, so only the first valid controller match will be used for the raw video feed.
Perhaps the aerodrome radars first, then the NERL sites by how significant they are to the position?

I think as this only affects the display of the raw primary radar feature, then it may be worth limiting the radars to those that are used by airfield APP units. As I can't see any area/TC position that utilises a multi radar feed ever needing this feature. |

I don't see any problem with that approach though I don't see any harm in maintaining the NERL sites for the TC/AC positions. |
