Closing — Kotlin 2.x is a major language bump that changes defaults (K2 compiler, new stdlib behaviours, some source incompatibilities). Workshop policy limits dependabot to minor + patch. A Kotlin 2 migration will be a deliberate hand-crafted PR with updated teaching material. See dependabot.yml.
