Prevents calls to
.format()on inset and panel axes from affecting figure-level properties. Previously, formatting an inset with figure-level settings (e.g.,leftlabels) would incorrectly modify the main figure. This fix adds a check to ensure that formatting calls on these child axes are properly scoped and do not have unintended side effects on the parent figure.
