some bug fixes. fixed url for weather - covercrop.org now requires additional info in the URL for the weather API
Added an expert system for irrigation management
the the zip file CLASSIMDirectoryStructure.zip for the model executables
An installer is included here but for those who want to build their own please see the readme file
