[codex] Slim down README

Summary

• rewrites the README around the current OpenAlice product story: trading as collaboration, workspaces, issues, tracked entities, Inbox, market tools, and Trading as Git
• removes the old architecture-heavy and deployment-heavy README sections in favor of links to the docs
• adds current product screenshots captured from the local app for Ask Alice, Issues, Tracked, Inbox, and Market

Validation

• git diff --check
• verified the referenced README image paths exist locally
• reviewed the captured screenshots for readable public-facing demo data
