Hotfix/settins null reference

• Upgrade to NET Framework 4.8.1 (current version of LiveSplit - required for Build)
• Add a null check to sending settings to AutoSplit in case the program hasn't been launched yet.

Resolves a minor issue:

• When adding a component to layout (when in the current instance AutSplitInteraction hasn't been added yet) and then selecting a settings file, prior to selecting a user will receive an unhandled exception error due to AutoSplit reference being null.
