Closes #152. Honest reorder — leads with the deployed product (auth, payments, encrypted messaging, admin, offline PWA) and demotes the template framing to a clearly-labeled secondary section. Nothing erased: the Forking section, rebrand.sh, and FORKING.md are all intact. Adds docs/POSITIONING.md as the self-assessment. Docs-only; the user's other uncommitted changes are not part of this PR.

The README led with 'Modern Next.js Template' and 'starter kit' with
the 'Use this template' badge in the hero, which undersold the deployed
product at scripthammer.com (OAuth auth, Stripe/PayPal payments via Edge
Functions, ECDH-encrypted messaging, admin surface, offline PWA, ~900
src files, ~130 tests).

Reposition product-first, an honest reorder that erases nothing:
- Product-framed title + tagline leading with the real substance
- Lead with See-it-live + What-it-does before any template affordance
- Demote the 'Use this template' badge out of the hero
- Reword the fork-first Quick Start note and the template-button comment
- Keep the Forking section fully intact; rebrand.sh and FORKING.md untouched
- Add docs/POSITIONING.md — honest self-assessment, product first, fork second

Closes #152
