I was working on a fork of this repository and was a little confused that I was duplicating the entries to the navbar. I've tried to clarify the setup process here. I hope it's helpful!

Firstly, thank you so much for this beautiful theme! I'm building a website to help a friend out who runs exceptional trainings for people working with and conducting research into mental health disorders (https://expertsbyexperience.github.io). I really hope this super easy to use theme helps him get funding and scale up the initiative!
