Decompiled C# tool from Scaleform GFx SDK (Bin/Tools/GFxShaderMaker/GFxShaderMaker.exe).
Generates shader source for multiple graphics platforms.
Unknown latest version (Autodesk 2015 copyright in assembly metadata). Binary obtained from SteamDB depot 1205481.
Compared to the older 4.2 SDK version (Microsoft 2011), this version adds support for:
- D3D12
- Metal
- Vulkan
- PS4 (Orbis renamed)
- Xbox One (+ ADK, D3D12 variants)
- UE3 / UE4 integration
- GLES 3.00
- SM 5.1
- .NET Framework 3.5 (as decompiled): install .NET Framework 3.5 and build with MSBuild or Visual Studio.
- To use a newer SDK, change
TargetFrameworkinGFxShaderMaker.csproj(e.g.net48) and fix any API differences.
