I have a Master's degree in Computing (MEng) from Swansea University, where I was awarded for achieving the best overall results by a 4Y degree student in my class and department.
In my software development career, I have been fortunate to work with a range of technologies, but have primarily specialized in the XR space.
I worked at Masters of Pie, building an XR collaboration SDK, making it easy for developers to build networked XR applications where multiple connected users can view / change synchronized data models within immersive environments. Also at Masters of Pie, I helped build an immersive GIS application for the defence sector, the "Virtual Birdtable" (VBT), which allowed remotely distributed users to interact with a virtual map-table in AR, VR or via a desktop application in order to carry out planning / briefing sessions. I then started "Tetra Dragon Software" to do software development contract work.
At present, I am working with LIV, building LIV Camera Kit (LCK), an SDK that allows users to capture media directly inside XR applications via virtual cameras.
